The second phrase I wanted to help you learn today is the phrase tourist trap. I wanted to teach you this phrase because I actually went to Niagara Falls today and I made an English lesson there. It’ll be up on my other channel tomorrow. But a tourist trap is an area that’s designed to try and get tourists to spend their money. When you go to Niagara Falls, there are many stores that are tourist traps. They have lots of big signs and they’re very colorful and they try to lure tourists in so that the tourists will spend their money. So can describe things in a touristy area as tourist traps, if they’re designed to try and get tourists to spend their money.
